A DLD sandbox participant under the Real Estate Evolution Space (REES) initiative, building blockchain-enabled fractional ownership of real estate within Dubai's regulatory framework.
Reve-Hub is a regulated real estate tokenization platform headquartered in Dubai — a DLD sandbox participant under the Real Estate Evolution Space (REES) initiative.
We are building the regulatory, legal, and technical foundation for blockchain-enabled fractional ownership of real estate in the GCC — within Dubai's evolving regulatory framework, in alignment with the institutional bodies shaping how tokenized real estate is governed in the region.
Where we are. Reve-Hub is in pre-launch build phase. Platform design is complete. DLD sandbox participation under REES is in place, and the institutional pre-seed round currently in progress will fund the platform build and the next regulatory milestones — including the VARA licensing application that will follow.
Every element of the platform is being built to align with the frameworks set by Dubai Land Department, the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, the UAE Central Bank, and the Dubai Future Foundation through the REES initiative — not ahead of them.
Reve-Hub is founded by an operator with 25+ years of C-suite leadership across regulated industries — including direct operating experience inside a major MENA real estate group and the launch of a first-of-its-kind fintech operator license in the region.
Real estate is the first and current focus. The platform's underlying architecture is being designed with extensibility across other real-world asset classes as future regulated frameworks emerge.
